Returns and/or Refunds

Every piece is made to order, just for you. Cartesia operates on a print-on-demand model — each garment is produced individually at the time of your order. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference.

We recommend checking our Size Guide carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

What we will help with If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item entirely, please reach out to us at support@cartesiaclothing.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll work with our production partner to make it right.

Lost or delayed packages Once your order leaves our production partner, it's in the hands of the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or marked as lost, contact us and we'll do our best to help investigate and file a claim on your behalf.

Order cancellations Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we're unable to cancel or modify orders once confirmed. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
